If you ordered an item and decide not to use it, you have
30 days from the date of the invoice, to request a Return Authorization. The
item must be new, in the original packaging and must be in resalable condition
as new.
Because
we pay the shipping charges to you, for many of our products, we must charge a
restocking fee to recover the cost of shipping the item to you, along with
repackaging the item. Upon receipt of the item, we will refund you the amount of the item
only, less a 30% restocking fee.
All returns must have a Return Authorization Number or our
Receiving Department will not accept the package. To get a Return Authorization
Number please call (888) 312-2227.
All returns must be received within 14 days from the date
the Return Authorization Number was issued.
Please pack returns carefully so they will not be damaged
in transit. The Return Authorization Number must be boldly written on the
outside of the box. Ship the merchandise back to us using a method that can be
traced (UPS, FedEx or USPS with a return receipt) and insure the packaged for
the cost of the merchandise. Please include a copy of your invoice.
